AWAKEN YOUR SENSES IN SRI LANKA

Ethos Yoga Retreat | 22 February – 1 March 2026

SOLD OUT

Join us for an immersive, all-inclusive yoga retreat on the golden shores of Sri Lanka—where the ocean’s rhythm, the warmth of the sun, and the flavours of fresh local cuisine invite you into deep nourishment and connection.

A FULL BODY RETURN TO PRESENCE.

Set at Talalla Retreat, a hidden gem nestled between tropical gardens and private, pristine white-sand beaches, you’ll step away from the noise of daily life and into a slower, more spacious rhythm. Their expansive 7-acre property features four custom-built yoga shalas, an Ayurvedic spa, an outdoor freshwater pool, and a gourmet open-air restaurant.

Each day begins and ends with 90-minute yoga practices—invigorating and expansive in the morning, slow and soulful in the evening. Evening sessions draw on local wisdom, sound, mantra, and kirtan, inviting you to soften into the elements, the culture, and your own inner landscape.

You’ll also explore the ancient healing traditions of Ayurveda, deepening your understanding of Sri Lankan and Indian approaches to well-being—balancing body, mind, and spirit.

Choose from elegantly designed deluxe Villa with marble bathrooms and ocean views— choose a single room or a shared room

Whether you’re resting by the pool, sharing stories with new friends, journaling under the palm trees, or watching the fishermen cast their nets at dawn, this retreat is more than a holiday—it’s a homecoming.
