Our events and workshops are designed to give you a little more time and space to go deeper into your practice. Whether it’s an extended evening flow or a special guest workshop, these offerings are a chance to explore, learn, and connect in new ways.

Sol Sessions

Thursdays | 7:30–9:00pm


Sol Sessions are our extended practices, led by our resident teaching team. Each one offers something different - from fiery vinyasa flows to soothing yin and restorative blends. Think of it as your midweek reset: time to sweat, stretch, release, and recharge.

WORKSHOP

STRENGTH SERIES: 1

WEIGHTS FOR WOMEN

SAT 13th SEP, 1-2.30pm | £20

A strength-building series for beginners - and the weight-curious.


Whether you've never picked up a dumbbell in your life, or you've dabbled but still feel unsure - this is for you.


Weights for Women is the first session in our new monthly Strength Series, designed to help you build strength, confidence, and knowledge in a safe, supportive, and no-pressure environment.


We'll break it all down - how to move well, lift safely, and build long-term resilience with small weights and big encouragement.


- Learn the why behind strength training for women (especially through perimenopause and beyond)

- Start with your own bodyweight, or light dumbbells

- Build confidence in basic strength moves, breath patterns, and body awareness

- Ask questions, go slow, and take up space.


You'll leave feeling empowered, informed, and just a little bit stronger - in body and mindset.


This is not a bootcamp. This is a beginning.

And we can't wait to welcome you in.

DARK MOON PARTY: ETHOS TURNS one!

FRI 19TH SEP, 6-7.30PM | £5 DONATION

Join us under the magic of the dark moon as we celebrate Ethos’ first birthday in style.


We’ll flow to the beats of a live DJ-led practice, then drop into stillness with a deeply restorative crystal bowl sound bath. Snacks and treats will follow as we gather in community to share our gratitude and give you a sneak peek into all the exciting events and evolutions coming in the year ahead.


The dark moon is an auspicious time to plant seeds of intention and potential - perfect for closing out the summer and stepping into the final chapter of 2025 with clarity and vision.


Only £5 per person | All proceeds go to the Red Cross.

SAMATVA VOLUME II: CHANDRA

Sun 28th Sep, 12 - 1.30pm | £20

Exhale, soften, and return. Chandra, meaning "moon," offers the cooling counterpart to Surya’s heat. This deeply restorative class is a balm for the nervous system - inviting you into stillness, introspection, and gentle renewal.


Through supported shapes, mindful breath, and space to simply be, you’ll explore the subtle power of surrender.


Together, these two volumes offer a full-spectrum experience of Samatva - the evenness of mind and body amidst life’s fluctuations.


 Attend one or both - each class stands alone beautifully or as part of a two-part immersion.

    You can book any Sol Session or event through the MindBody app just like you would a regular class.

  • Do I get a discount if I'm a member?

    Yes!  Our members can enjoy a special discounted price on our Sol Sessions.


    If you are an ELEVATE member (unlimited) you are also credited x1 Sol Session per month.

  • Can I host an event at Ethos?

    Absolutely, if you're a wellness practitioner and you're interested in hosting a workshop or event, we'd love to hear from you.
