Our Workshops & SOL Sessions are extended practices designed to help you go deeper — into your body, your breath,
and your understanding of the practice.
Workshops offer the space to slow down, learn, and explore specific themes in more detail, supporting real growth, rest, and transformation within a supportive community.
SOL Sessions are your midweek reset — a chance to try something a little different. Led by our teaching team, each session brings a unique blend of movement, stillness, and creativity, from dynamic flows to deeply restorative practices.
Think of this as time carved out for yourself:

This workshop will gently guide you through breath work, a deeply restorative yoga Nidra and the soothing vibrations of a Tibetan sound bath.

Calling All Sculptors!
Whether you practice Pilates, yoga, sculpt, or simply want to move with more awareness, this workshop will help you build the foundations you need to practice SCULPT Pilates safely, efficiently and confidently.
As well as exploring hand weights, and how to choose the appropriate weight for YOUR body we’ll breakdown 3 main essentials of practise:
*Lateral Breathing - how (and why) we use lateral breathing to create stability and control
*True core engagement - understand what muscles make up the core and how to engage correctly- this is your powerhouse!
*Alignment - learn correct alignment to protect our joints and turn on the right muscles making exercises more efficient and reducing the risk of injury
This workshop is designed to help you understand not just what to do, but why it matters.

In this workshop, we work along the Urinary Bladder meridian + Back Shu points — where Eastern medicine meets Western fascia science.

Immerse yourself in the healing energy of our Yin + Release practice with this 90 min workshop designed to help you unwind, restore, and realign. Combining the deep stillness of yin yoga with targeted myofascial release, we’ll explore common areas where the body holds tension and gently guide them back into balance.

Myofascial Release with Therapeutic Balls
Discover practical techniques using specialised therapy balls to release tension in your shoulders, neck, hips, and lower back—the places we most often carry stress. Improve circulation, ease discomfort, and free up stuck energy.
Stretch + Integrate through Yin Postures
After releasing, we’ll move into long-held, floor-based yin poses to stretch and rehydrate connective tissues, allowing the body to integrate the benefits of release more deeply.
A Complete Reset
Leave feeling grounded, spacious, and renewed—physically, mentally, and energetically.

You can book any Sol Session or event through the MindBody app just like you would a regular class.
Do I get a discount if I'm a member?
Yes! Our members can enjoy a special discounted price on our Sol Sessions.
If you are an ELEVATE member (unlimited) you are also credited x1 Sol Session per month.
