Ethos is a boutique hot yoga studio in Holywood, Northern Ireland, designed for people who want more than just a workout. Our unique class system blends energising hot yoga flows, restorative practices, and everything in between – so you can find balance your way.


Powered by the best heating technology in the country, our hot yoga feels powerful, and addictive (in the best way). Not every class is heated, though – because sometimes your body craves fire, and sometimes it craves calm. With expert teachers, a thoughtfully curated timetable, and a welcoming community, Ethos is where movement meets a little bit of magic.

Sol Sessions are our extended yoga classes on Thursday evenings, led by our resident teachers.

Each session gives you extra time on the mat to flow, stretch, and reset - from energising vinyasa to restorative practices. Perfect for building strength, releasing tension, and connecting more deeply with your body and mind.

  • How do I book a class?

    All our classes can be booked online through the Mindbody app or directly via our website. Simply create an account, choose your class, and you’re good to go!

  • What should I bring and wear to class?

    Light, breathable clothing is best. Bring water, a towel, and your yoga mat if you have one (we also have mats available to hire). You’ll definitely want a change of clothes if you’re joining a heated class.

  • Are all your classes heated, and how hot does the studio get?

    Not all of our classes are heated — we offer a mix to suit every preference. Heated classes range from 32–38°C depending on the style, while non-heated classes give you the option of practicing at room temperature.

  • Is hot yoga suitable for beginners?

    Absolutely! You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to start. Our teachers guide you safely through each class, and you can take breaks whenever you need. Many beginners love the supportive warmth.

  • What are the benefits of practicing hot yoga?

    Hot yoga can help build strength, improve flexibility, boost circulation, and support detoxification through sweat. Many people also find it deeply calming and stress-relieving.

  • Do you have showers, changing rooms, and parking?

    Yes — we’ve thought of the details! The studio has showers, changing facilities, and lockers for your belongings. Parking is available nearby so getting to class is easy.

  • Do I need to book in advance or can I just drop in?

    We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot, as classes can fill up quickly. But if there’s space, you’re always welcome to drop in.

  • What makes your heating system different from other studios?

    We use the most advanced heating and ventilation system in the country, designed specifically for yoga. It creates consistent, clean heat that supports your practice without feeling stifling.

  • What intro offers or memberships do you have for new students?

    We have flexible drop-in rates, class passes, and intro offers for those wanting to try us out — plus rolling monthly memberships for those ready to commit. Memberships also include special perks and discounts.

  • Do you offer workshops, special events, or retreats?

    Yes! We host Sol Sessions (extended evening practices every Thursday), seasonal workshops, and unique events. You can also join us for retreats abroad. Keep an eye on our Instagram for the latest updates.
