What's in it?
- 2 big handfuls of kale (just 1 if you have Hulk hands)
- 1 kiwi (peeled)
- 1 large banana
- 1 orange, peeled
- 2 TB ground flax seed
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup water (if your blender isn't super powerful, you'll need more water)
- some ice
Put everything in the blender and blend until it's ultra smooth.
Look how easy that is! And, when you use ripe fruits, you don't need to add any sweeteners. Enjoy.
